Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung<br>verpflichtet, eine Berufshaftpflichtversicherung mit einer Mindestversicherungssumme von 250.000,00 \u20ac f\u00fcr jeden Versicherungsfall zu unterhalten (\u00a7 51 Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung). Die Berufshaftpflicht-versicherung besteht bei der Gothaer Allgemeine Versicherung AG Gothaer Allee 150969 K\u00f6ln.<br>Der r\u00e4umliche Versicherungsschutz umfasst T\u00e4tigkeiten in Europa und gen\u00fcgt damit den Anforderungen an \u00a7 51 Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Textbody\"><strong><span class=\"StrongEmphasis\">Berufshaftpflichtversicherung der Notare:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Textbody\">Die Notare sind gesetzlich verpflichtet, eine Berufshaftpflichtversicherung mit einer Mindest-versicherungssumme von 500.000,00 \u20ac f\u00fcr jeden Versicherungsfall zu unterhalten (\u00a719a Abs. 3 Satz 1 BNotO).
